Level 2. Yoga Move. Focuses on safely building strength and flexibility through seated and chair-assisted yoga postures. This combination of strength and flexibility-focused exercises helps to increase your functional fitness abilities, work on your balance, and increase your range of motion.

Level 3. Yoga Balance. Explore traditional yoga exercises with level 3, a routine to help build strength, flexibility, and balance. An approachable but effective workout for those seeking a more challenging (but still SAFE!) chair yoga sequence to build functional strength, be more mobile, and feel more confident in your body.

Level 4. Yoga Firm. The most challenging routine from Yoga Vitality, this workout is the most similar to a basic yoga class you would encounter at a local yoga studio, but with modifications and guidance directed at those who might not be 100% ready for an unrestricted yoga workout. Combines standing, balance, floor, and chair postures!
